Dave is a retired engineer. His career spans the laser industry, biomedical diagnostic devices and satellite reconnaissance hardware. Opto-mechanical training exposed him to tools and techniques for machining which he evolved into a small home shop which is used for all aspects of building these durable, kinetic sculptures. He utilized his exposure to the coatings industry to establish contacts for spectacular dichroic optics essential for these fascinating and innovative reflective works of art.
